Huh·ner test

n :  a test used in sterility studies that involves postcoital examination of fluid aspirated from the vagina and cervix to determine the presence or survival of sperm in these areas
 
Huhner, Max (1873-1947),
American surgeon. Huhner specialized in the study of the genital and urinary organs and their functions. He published his first major study of sterility and its treatment in 1913. The following year he introduced his test for sterility. He also wrote on the diagnosis and treatment of various other sexual disorders, such as impotence.
