also Friedman's test n : a modification of the Aschheim-Zondek test for pregnancy using rabbits as test animals Friedman, Maurice Harold (1903-1991), American physiologist. Friedman developed his test for pregnancy with Maxwell Edward Lapham (b 1899) and introduced it in 1931.
