Eisenmenger's syndrome

also  Eisenmenger syndrome  n :  the congenital septal defect of Eisenmenger's complex with its later complications that are essentially surgically irreversible and include damage to the small vessels of the lung, hypertension in the pulmonary arteries, right to left blood flow through the septal defect, marked hypertrophy of the right ventricle, and cyanosis .
