n :  a nerve that arises from the sacral plexus, leaves the pelvis in company with the sciatic nerve through the greater sciatic foramen, and is distributed to the skin of the perineum and of the back of the thigh and leg - compare LATERAL FEMORAL CUTANEOUS NERVE  .
