Lan·dry's paralysis
n : GUILLAIN-BARRÉ SYNDROME Landry, Jean-Baptiste-Octave (1826-1865), French physician. Landry published a treatise on diseases of the nervous system in 1855. Four years later he produced a treatise on paralyses and described Landry's paralysis.
