
Nai·ro·bi disease
n : a severe and frequently fatal gastroenteritis of sheep or sometimes goats that occurs in parts of Kenya and is considered to be caused by a virus transmitted by the bite of an African tick of the genus Rhipicephalus (R. appendiculatus) .
