Sezary syndrome
or Se*za*ry's syndrome n : mycosis fungoides of a variant form that is characterized by exfoliative dermatitis with intense itching and by the presence in the blood and in the skin of numerous large atypical mononuclear T cells with irregularly shaped nuclei .
