bacillary angiomatosis

n :  vascular tumor formation that involves the skin, internal organs, lymph nodes, and bone marrow, that is characterized esp. by firm papules or nodules of the skin, that usu. affects immunocompromised individuals, and that is typically associated with a bacterium (Rochalimaea henselae) related to the causative agent of trench fever - called also epithelioid angiomatosis  .
