Scham·berg's disease

n :  a slowly progressive pigmentary disorder of the skin esp. of the legs characterized usu. by papules about the size of a pin that range in color from brown to yellow
 
Schamberg, Jay Frank (1870-1934),
American dermatologist. Schamberg held a number of positions with several medical schools in Philadelphia. He described the progressive pigmentary skin disease since known as Schamberg's disease in 1901.
