nervus ter·mi·na·lis

npl  nervi ter*mi*na*les   :  a group of ganglionated nerve fibers that arise in the cerebral hemisphere near where the nerve tract leading from the olfactory bulb joins the temporal lobe and that pass anteriorly along this tract and the olfactory bulb through the cribriform plate to the nasal mucosa - called also terminal nerve  .
